Adult Mode Addendum

By switching the adult mode on you confirm, agree and grant explicit consent to the following:

• 1. You are 18 or older. We record that you confirmed it, when, and the IP address you confirmed it from. A false confirmation is a material breach of our Terms and ends the account.
• 2. You consent to explicit sexual content in your conversations with the assistant, and to that content being stored the same way the rest of your conversation is. Under Article 9(2)(a) GDPR this is your explicit consent to processing data concerning your sex life.
• 3. It is fiction with software. The assistant is not a person, is not attracted to you, and is not in a relationship with you. It will follow your lead about who you are and will not invent a body or a gender for you.
• 4. The hard line: Absolutely nothing sexual involving minors, or anyone presented as one, in any framing, fictional or otherwise. This is not a content filter you are being warned about — it is the immediate, permanent termination of the account and, where required by law, an immediate report to law enforcement.
• 5. Nothing non-consensual about real people: No sexual content about an identifiable living person who has not consented.
• 6. Where it works: The website and Telegram only. Never the mobile app. The assistant will not mention the mode, tease it, or point you elsewhere for it while speaking to you in the mobile app.
• 7. Off means off, immediately: One switch, no questions, no retention period on the setting. Your past conversation history stays until you delete it or your account; Sections 6 and 7 of the Privacy Policy describe how long and how to have it erased.
• 8. The mode may go away: If a payment provider, platform rule, or local law makes it untenable, we will withdraw it. You will be notified; you will not be charged separately, because it is not sold separately.
